Cancellation and Refund

At Toyzeeland, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. We aim to facilitate this process while ensuring fairness to both parties.

Order Cancellation:

  • Before Shipment:

   – If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at happycrafting2018@gmail.com

   – We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If the order has not been processed for shipment, we will cancel it and issue a refund. However, please note that a cancellation fee of 35 percent of the paid amount will be deducted to cover processing and administrative costs.

  • After Shipment:

   – Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may return the item(s) according to our return policy outlined. once you receive the package.

Return Policy:

We accept returns only in the case of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 1 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return process, you must provide a video of the unboxing experience without any pauses or edits. This video will help us assess the damage and process your return swiftly. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for returned items. Instead, we will provide an alternative product of the same price, subject to availability. If an alternative product is not available, we will issue a store credit that can be used for future purchases.

Exceptions:

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse. Additionally, personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to damage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

Processing Time:

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2 days for us to process your return and provide the alternative product or store credit.
